By accessing or using the services provided by I Spy Mold ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

I Spy Mold provides environmental inspection and testing services including but not limited to:

• • Asbestos inspection and testing
• • Lead paint inspection and testing
• • Indoor air quality assessment
• • AI-powered preliminary mold risk analysis
• • Post-remediation clearance testing

Inspection Services

Our inspection services are subject to the following terms:

• • Inspections are visual and non-invasive unless otherwise agreed in writing
• • We do not provide remediation services to maintain objectivity
• • Results are based on conditions observed at the time of inspection
• • Lab analysis is performed by accredited third-party laboratories
• • Reports represent professional opinions, not guarantees

AI Photo Analysis Disclaimer

The AI Photo Mold Risk Analysis tool provides preliminary assessments only and should NOT be considered a substitute for professional inspection. Results are based on visual analysis of photos and may not detect all mold issues. Always consult with a certified inspector for definitive testing and assessment.

Scheduling and Cancellation

The following policies apply to all scheduled inspections:

• • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge
• • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip fee of up to $75
• • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or safety concerns
• • Access to all areas of the property must be provided for complete inspection

Payment Terms

Payment is governed by the following terms:

• • Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made
• • We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers
• • Prices are subject to change without notice
• • Additional charges may apply for services beyond the original scope

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Spy Mold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless I Spy Mold and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of I Spy Mold and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orleans Parish, Louisiana.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
